Hi there,

While loving on the new datatracker design, I noticed an anomaly: While the
name of the Area Director is shown for a document that has one assigned,
the document shepherd is only indicated via an email address. I'm pretty
sure this wasn't the case before.

Have a look here to see what I mean:

https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/appsawg/documents/

It kind of looks like Barry Leiba's email address is that of Scott
Kitterman in one case.

Is this intentional, or is there a plan to fix it in some future version?

-MSK

All,

We have regular interim meetings (webex) in the 6TiSCH WG. We maintain
agendas and minutes at http://www.ietf.org/meeting/interim/proceedings.html.

Our WG tools page (e.g. http://tools.ietf.org/wg/6tisch/) has
convenient "agendas" and "minutes" links at the top. But these do not
contain the interim meetings.

Is it possible to add interim meetings to pages such as
http://tools.ietf.org/wg/6tisch/agenda and
http://tools.ietf.org/wg/6tisch/minutes?

Thomas

The ROLL WG has a template document that contains the structure for
current and future applicability statements. The document represents
the consensus of the WG, but is not intended to be published.

I would like to express that intent, but I can't do that in the "Intended
Status" which insists that I can not leave the value as "(None)", while
still entering a comment.

In particular, I'd like to keep this document out of various cross-area
review queues.

For the moment, I suggest asking your AD to enter the comment for you
(using the add comment button that the AD will see on the history page).

I'm talking to the various review teams, and what I've seen so far indicates
that there's no risk of starting work there just by giving a document an
intended status. The earliest point you would have to worry about is when
you request publication.

Hiya,

I just modified my discuss text on a doc for the -10 version
but the ballot details page [1] still shows that as being on
version -09 even though the date displayed is correct.

The display is correct however when I look at the list of all
discusses. [2]

Presumably a bit of legacy code somewhere didn't carry over
that fixed up the header text above the discuss/comment text
boxes.

Thanks,
S.

A new version of I-D, draft-sparks-genarea-review-tracker-02.txt
has been successfully submitted by Robert Sparks and posted to the
IETF repository.

Name: draft-sparks-genarea-review-tracker
Revision:	02
Title: Tracking Reviews of Documents
Document date:	2015-05-21
Group: Individual Submission
Pages: 17
URL: https://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-sparks-genarea-review-tracker-02.txt
Status: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-sparks-genarea-review-tracker/
Htmlized: https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-sparks-genarea-review-tracker-02
Diff: https://www.ietf.org/rfcdiff?url2=draft-sparks-genarea-review-tracker-02

Abstract:
Several review teams ensure specific types of review are performed on
Internet-Drafts as they progress towards becoming RFCs. The tools
used by these teams to assign and track reviews would benefit from
tighter integration to the Datatracker. This document discusses
requirements for improving those tools without disrupting current
    work flows.

Please note that it may take a couple of minutes from the time of submission
until the htmlized version and diff are available at tools.ietf.org.
