Just viewing the page. I had immediately checked my network connection =
which was fine.

I suspect it=E2=80=99s being cached on the server side and so now it=E2=80=
=99s generating the page quickly until the server cache times out. =
I=E2=80=99ve seen this behavior on other IETF web sites.

Howdy hackathon peoples!

It was suggested that using the hackathon as a place to discuss,
improve, develop the Android IETF Schedule application could be
fruitful! That sounds like a great plan to me... so:
