Version 2 is out and should be OK, there have been some bugs reported which we'll handle in a new release fairly soon. It's available from: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/xml2rfc/2.3.5 The easiest way to install is probably to use the 'pip' command: http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pip/1.0.2 pip should pull down lxml if needed, from http://pypi.python.org/pypi/lxml/2.3.3 I don't know what's up with lxml's source sites, but you should be OK using the version available on pypi.python.org.
