What about the contributions made by Franck Martin [1], Tim Draegen [2]
and John Levine [3]? AFAICS these comments/suggestions have not yet been
incorporated in a new draft version -03, except maybe part of [3].

Colleagues,

I have posted an update to the base DMARC draft, which can be viewed here:

http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-kucherawy-dmarc-base-03

We plan to submit this for publication as an Informational RFC in the very
near future. If there are any proposals for changes to the document that
have community support but were missed in this update, please let us know
as soon as possible.
