Hi all,

I've uploaded a draft meeting agenda:

https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/93/agenda/agenda-93-hopsrg

For now we have 4 presentations and have simply assigned half an hour to each
(incl. discussion). However, if someone has something else he'd like to present
at this first meeting, please let us know and we will figure out if it fits in
the agenda. Please note that we also have 15 minutes reserved at the beginning
and the end to talk about the scope, goals and potentially concrete next steps.
I think we should in any case keep this time for discussion and therefore I
wouldn't wanted to squeeze too much into the agenda...

Mirja

... and now I'm beginning to wonder if I'm actually flooding IETF lists =
with... ascii packets?

Anyway.

I'm forwarding this here by recommendation from the chairs. A discussion =
started on intarea, focusing on technical aspects which I think really =
are not the major issue in this case: rather, it would be interesting to =
know if people (in particular on operator side) find this useful at all.

It feels a bit awkward spreading this - it has to be the strangest thing =
I ever sent to the IETF... I hope my ideas get more normal again in the =
future.

Greetings, all,

We've posted a final agenda for our proposed RG meeting in Prague =
(Friday 24 July at 9:00 CEST / UTC+2, in Congress Hall III), at:

https://www.ietf.org/proceedings/93/agenda/agenda-93-hopsrg

The agenda covers "what's being done in this space now", organized along =
the lines of how current measurements of middlebox impairments are =
generated, or could be. For each presentation we'd like to have a fair =
amount of discussion, followed by a final discussion to determine what =
the next steps for a potential RG are.

Cheers, and see you in Prague,

Brian and Mirja

Greetings, all,

We've heard a bit of confusion about the plethora of mailing lists on =
which to discuss efforts to evolve the stack in and around the transport =
layer, and we've decided to fix the confusion by creating another list. =
:)

The stackevo-discuss@iab.org list has been created for discussion any =

is open; please join at =
https://www.iab.org/mailman/listinfo/stackevo-discuss

Thanks, cheers,

Brian Trammell
