as promised, an open source python3 state machine for
draft-ietf-lsvr-lsoe-01 with a very simple demo. it is
limited; read the README.md.

   https://github.com/Arrcus/lsoe-python

the point of the exercise is to have a state machine to
accompany the draft as part of documentation. it is not
a product. keep out of reach of children.

thanks to sra for the software engineering and keyur for
opening the source.

randy
