list memberships. It includes your subscription info and how to use
it to change it or unsubscribe from a list.

This is a reminder, sent out once a month, about your ietf.org mailing
list memberships. It includes your subscription info and how to use
it to change it or unsubscribe from a list.

You can visit the URLs to change your membership status or
configuration, including unsubscribing, setting digest-style delivery
or disabling delivery altogether (e.g., for a vacation), and so on.

In addition to the URL interfaces, you can also use email to make such
changes. For more info, send a message to the '-request' address of
the list (for example, mailman-request@ietf.org) containing just the
word 'help' in the message body, and an email message will be sent to
you with instructions.

If you have questions, problems, comments, etc, send them to
mailman-owner@ietf.org. Thanks!

Hi all,

I have asked for a slot for MSEC in Philly. One of the topics I want us
to figure out the next steps on is the RSVP keying. But, I would like
to have that discussion happen before we get to Philly. Let us use the
face-to-face time to resolve any snags and not for tutorials (I would
need one, but I can do that offline with the authors :) ).

I have been told that there was a discussion on the TSV list. I am
going to try and read up on that soon.

While we are on topic, any other items?

thanks,
Lakshminath

While we are on topic, any other items?

thanks,
Lakshminath

I just posted a new version of "Datagram TLS Secure RTP (DTLS-SRTP) Key
Transport" with a new scenario that I expect will interest the MSEC working
group, "Point to Multipoint using Multicast",
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-wing-avt-dtls-srtp-key-transport-01.txt#secti
on-3.2

I had presented -00 to AVT at IETF-70 in Vancouver and have asked for agenda
time to present -01 to AVT in Philadelphia.

If there is interest and agenda time I can present the idea to the MSEC
working group in Philadelphia to describe how I forsee DTLS-SRTP Key Transport
could work with multicast SRTP.

Comments welcome.

The conclusion of the TSV discussion is here:
	<http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/tsvwg/current/msg08172.html>
The short of it is that draft-behringer-tsvwg-rsvp-security-
groupkeying is authorized to become a TSVWG WG draft (targeted as an
Informational RFC). I believe this is the action you were gating any
MSEC WG work on keying for RSVP. Would you agree to go forward with
the GDOI work described in draft-weis-gdoi-for-rsvp?

If so, the suggestion was made in Vancouver to transmogrify weis-gdoi-
for-rsvp into a more general document for distributing integrity keys
used for routing and signaling protocols such as RSVP. I think this
would be reasonably straightforward, and would like to consider such
a document as an MSEC WG document. If the WG agrees, I would be happy
to present it at the Philadelphia MSEC meeting.

Thanks,
Brian
