Folks,

Joe Abley has informed me that although he will continue to participate in =
the OPSEC WG, he no longer has time to serve as WG chair. So, I would like =
to thank Joe for his years of service and say that I look forward to his on=
going participation.

Gunter Van de Velde will be replacing Joe as WG chair. I believe that Gunte=
r is a very good fit for this position because OPSEC constitutes a signific=
ant part of his day job. Please join me in welcoming Gunter.

Fernando, WG,

Following up on this thread at
http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/opsec/current/msg00829.html, there
were some comments and suggestions made on the topic of
ip-options-filtering:

http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/opsec/current/msg00837.html
http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/opsec/current/msg00843.html
http://www.ietf.org/mail-archive/web/opsec/current/msg00844.html

I was interested in seeing follow through from the WG, is this a problem
to be solved?

Thanks,

-- Carlos.
